We're glad you're here! Whether you're here to get a single costume off your hands or you've got a large inventory to unload, we're here to help!

You'll need to complete the steps below to list your first costume. If you do not complete all of the steps, buyers will not be able to complete their purchase!

Seller Quick-Start Guide (List your first costume!)

Step 1: Sign up and Log In as a Seller

List and manage items by creating an account here. You'll find a number of analytical tools to track and manage your sales. Make sure to bookmark this page so that you can return to it easily when you need to manage your seller account and listings.

Step 2: Enter your payout information

In your seller account, choose Payment Details from the Profile dropdown menu. Enter your bank information where you would like to get your payouts from purchases.

Step 3: Choose your shipping options

As a seller, you will get to choose either free shipping or fixed-price ("Product-wise") shipping. Choose free shipping if you want to entice buyers or roll the shipping price into the list price. Choose Product-wise shipping if you want the shipping charge that you provide to show up only at checkout. Make sure to choose the lowest shipping price you can offer so that your buyers will complete the sale!

In your seller account, choose Shipping Methods from the Configuration dropdown menu. Enable at least one of the two shipping methods.

Step 4: List Your First Item!

In your seller account, choose Products Listing from the Products dropdown menu.

Click +Add Product to list a new item.

Fill out the basic item description information:

Product Name - the name of your item
Product Type - What sizing scale should be used? Choose from the dropdown menu: Baby, Toddler, Children, Adult, Shoes, Pets, Family/Group Sets, or Accessories. Do NOT type in your own category here.
Photos - Upload photos of your item.
Description - Include a narrative description of your item. Think about what a buyer might want to know. What condition is it in? What occasions could it be worn for? What was your favorite thing about the costume? Is there any damage? How do you clean it? How does it attach? How many pieces is it? Is the original packaging included?
Collections - Choose up to 5 collections that fit your item. This will help buyers find your item in the category they're searching.

Fill out important details, including price and shipping information.

Product Tags - Here's your chance to add your own searchable categories! Enter a term that will help buyers find special kinds of items (For example: Disney, Ren Faire, or Collectors). No need to use hash tags. Just hit "Enter" on your keyboard after each tag. A successful tag will show in green. The tags will show your item if a buyer searches for that term. They can click on a tag to show other items with the same tag.
Shipping Method - If you want to charge for shipping on top of the list price, choose "Product Wise Fixed-Rate Shipping." If you want to offer free shipping or include the shipping price in the item's list price, choose "Free Shipping."
Product Wise Shipping Rate Type - This is only applicable if you choose Product Wise Fixed-Rate Shipping. We recommend that you choose Overall here. Use Quantity Wise if you are offering more than 1 of this exact item and you want to charge the shipping price per item when customers order more than 1.
Shipping Price - List the shipping price here. Once a buyer purchases an item at the listed price, you may NOT change the shipping price. Please do your due diligence to research what the shipping price should be before you list an item. The shipping price will show up for the customer at check-out but will not show in the listing description.
Pricing Details - Enter the price of the item. This is the price customers will see when they are shopping for items.

Enter the size and quantity you are listing of this item.

Track Inventory - Please leave this option as-is. Do not change it.
Quantity - Choose the quantity of this item that you are selling. Usually, this will be 1. But maybe you have more than one and want to sell them individually. If you are selling them as a set, make sure to choose "Family or Group Set" in the Product Type dropdown menu up top, and then choose "1" here to represent one set. If you want to sell them individually, choose the quantity you are selling. Note: Double-check that the quantity entered correctly!
Add Variant - This is where you will add size information. Click Add Variant to reveal the options for Variant Details.
Option Name - There is only one choice in the dropdown menu. Click the empty box to reveal the dropdown menu, and click on Size.
Option Value - Enter the size, using either numbering or lettering, but not both. For example, an item that is size M(8-10) should be listed as either M or 8-10 but not both. If you want to indicate both, type it into the item description box. Hit Enter on your keyboard to enter the size. A successful entry will show up in green. If you have more than one of the same item to sell, and the items are different sizes, enter another value into this box for each unique size you have. IMPORTANT: Do not add more than one size here unless you are selling more than one of the same item in different sizes.

Your Store Information

If you have many items to sell, you might want to customize information about you and your store. To do this, click Profile and then My Account in the dropdown menu. From here, you can add details about you and your store for customers to see.
